About order

Q1: What payment methods do you take?

We currently accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro, Union Pay).

Q2: Do you ship outside the United States?

Only ship to the United States. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses(except remote areas).

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) or customs fees imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out the fees before placing an order.

Q3: Can I modify/cancel my order after I've placed it?

If your orders are unfulfilled, you can cancel or modify your order, please email our customer service team via support@fiveangeles.com. And once an order has been shipped out, we are unable to modify or cancel it. In this case, you can refuse the collection of your parcel when it delivers.

Q4: When will my order arrive?

Normally our warehouse will process your orders within 24 hours. Orders to the USA typically arrive in 5-8 business days once shipped.

Please note: Our top priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers, this has caused a slight delay in our processing times but don’t worry, we got your back! As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number and if you are still confused with the tracking with your package, please contact us by support@fiveangeles.com.

Q5: Why is my order unfulfilled?

No worries, bestie! This just means your order is being processed and has not been shipped yet. Once your order ships, it will be marked as 'Fulfilled' and you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Q6: How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If sometime you did not receive your confirmation email, it may be marked as SPAM, so please double check or contact our support team by email support@fiveangeles.com

Q7: Why doesn't my discount code work?

Please make sure the code is active status and after checking, correctly type the discount code in your checkout page and apply to order. Please note that the discount code cannot be changed after you enter it and use it. Please figure out which discount code you need before entering it.

Q8: I'd like to make a bulk order, can i get a special offer?

Q9: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary based on order total, weight and distance; estimated cost will be calculated at checkout. For a breakdown of shipping rates and estimated transit times please visit our Shipping Policy.

Q10: What is your Return Policy?

We cherish all of our customers and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt. As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Q11: Are Duties, Taxes, and/or Value Added Tax included?

Customers are 100% responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the shipping fee.

Q12: Why is there a sales tax on my order?

We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped.

Q13: What should I do if the product is wrong/damaged?

Q14: How to choose proper nail tips?

Be sure to use right nail tips, which perfectly fit natural nails from sidewall to sidewall. Do not leave any gaps between them. If there are no proper sizes of nail tips, we recommend choosing a larger size of nail tip and file it.

Q15: Why did I fail to apply nail tips onto natural nails perfectly?

Sculpted nail tips are designated for most of users with flat natural nails. If you have arched or uneven natural nails, the final results could be affected.

Q16: How to shape the nail tips?

File the edge of nail tip with 180 grit until fitting to natural nail. For a perfect match from free edge to cuticle area, you can continue to file the nail tips from top to bottom to make it thinner.

Q17: How to apply nail tips and keep a long-lasting effect?

Nail prep is necessary. File both sides of the nail tip for better adhesion. To cover the nail bed with nail glue, do not cure until expelling all the bubbles.

Q18: How to remove nail tips?

1. Clip the nail tips as close as possible to the natural nails.

2. Use aluminum foil with cotton, and soak the cotton in 100% acetone, and then wrap your fingers in the foil. OR, remove it with electric nail drill carefully.

3. Gently remove the residual part of nail tips with a pusher.

4. Cleanse your natural nail.

Q19: How to use the mini nail lamp?

Nail in, light on. Nail out, light off. After switching on the power, the light will be on automatically when you put finger in curing area 2mm above the sensor. Default curing time is 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, the light will go out even if your finger is not moved away.

Q20: Is there anything else I should be aware of?

1. Keep it in dry and ventilated place. Keep the product out of reach of children, away from fire and water.

2. This product is for nails only, please avoid touching your eyes, lips and skin. If the product causes any allergies like redness and itching, please stop using the product and consult a doctor immediately.

3. For safety, broken adaptor is not allowed to use with the lamp. Do not keep the lamp working for more than 5 minutes.

4. Do not stare at the light directly when the lamp is on.
